Through our Youth Services Program, Goodwill helps young people gain hands-on experience and confidence for the future. Our Summer Work-Based Learning opportunities connect youth with real-world job placements, helping them develop essential workplace skills while earning valuable experience.

In addition, we proudly support Pre-Employment Transition Services at several local schools—empowering students with disabilities to explore career paths, build independence, and prepare for meaningful employment. Together, these programs help youth take their first steps toward bright and successful futures.
