Programs & Services

Goodwill is West Michigan’s largest nonprofit provider of education, training, and career services for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Our broad range of programs and supports serve a diverse set of individual and community needs.

Retail Stores & Donations

We operate 17 stores and donation centers throughout West Michigan. Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, our stores are conveniently located, well organized, and offer exceptional value on gently used clothing, books, furniture, and other household items. We also participate in Goodwill’s national online auction site, ShopGoodwill, which features artwork and collectibles. Made possible by generous donations from the community, store revenues are channeled back into job training programs.

B2B Services

Beyond retail operations, Goodwill operates several business-to-business enterprises. Our janitorial division maintains contractual partnerships with area businesses. Goodwill’s workforce development division assists local human resource staffs with employee recruitment, screening, testing, temporary staffing, and more.
