Building Skills and Pathways to Meaningful Employment

STEP gives adults with disabilities and other barriers the opportunity to work with a Goodwill Career Coach to develop job skills, pursue employment that matches abilities, and work in competitive and integrated work environment in the community.

Referrals are made for a variety of skill building, supported employment, and vocational evaluation type services to support competitive and integrated employment through HealthWest, Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), and Community Mental Health – Ottawa County.
