Taking place this year on March 16–22, this annual observance is the perfect opportunity to declutter, get organized, and make a difference in your community. As the weather warms up, it’s time to refresh your home by clearing out unwanted clothing and household items — and your local Goodwill Industries of West Michigan (GIWM) is ready to help you give your gently used items a new life.

Studies show that clutter can cause stress and reduce productivity. If you’ve been putting off tidying up your closet or another space in your home, National Clean Out Your Closet Week is the perfect motivation to take action. By getting organized, you can create a more efficient and stress-free living space while also making room for the things that truly matter.

Once you’ve sorted through your belongings, consider donating your unwanted gently used clothing and household items to Goodwill.
