Ben brings focus and positivity to his role at the Goodwill North Holland store, where he’s an expert in the baling process. He takes pride in knowing the weekly tag colors and begins each shift with energy and determination. His motivation inspires those around him.

One of Christopher’s biggest challenges was securing employment with his criminal background and adjusting to life outside of MDOC. From the start, Christopher was proactive, stepping out of his comfort zone to find both employment and housing.

To enhance her strong customer service background, she joined the BRES Customer Service Training program. Tanjeneca applied for a Team Lead position — a step inspired by the support and belief others had in her abilities.
