Fact: Every purchase and donation fuels our mission. The revenue from our stores supports job training, career development, and community programs that help people overcome barriers to employment.

Fact: Donations are sold in our stores, and the proceeds stay local—supporting programs and services right here along the lakeshore in West Michigan. What can’t be sold in stores is recycled or responsibly managed to keep items out of landfills.

Fact: Goodwill Industries of West Michigan employs over 375 people in our community. We pay competitive wages and offer benefits in addition to providing opportunities for advancement, training, and skill development.

Fact: Our stores offer unique and affordable goods—from clothing to housewares to furniture and electronics. Many items are brand new or gently used, making Goodwill a smart choice for value and sustainability.

Fact: Helping people is at the core of everything we do. From job training to reentry support and youth services, Goodwill provides programs that change lives every day in West Michigan.
