Hilda has been serving Goodwill Industries of West Michigan for 8 years and brings such joy to her role that it’s contagious. When we asked if she had a role model, she responded, “Myself.” We can’t help but agree—Hilda is a great role model! Each week during our Wednesday morning huddles, Hilda shares an inspirational quote. She may not realize the impact she has, but many times it’s her words that carry us through the week.

Hilda also shared a few pieces of her own wisdom:

“You can’t reach what’s in front of you until you let go of what’s behind you.”

“Aim for your dreams, but don’t lose yourself along the way.”

When asked if there were any inspirational quotes that hold special meaning for her, she said, “I have learned not to allow rejection to move me.”
