Ester has been with Goodwill Industries of West Michigan for 11 years, and we are so glad she’s here. She serves as a role model to those around her—especially her co-workers—by offering support and words of encouragement.

When we asked Ester if she had any words of advice for us, she said, “NEVER GIVE UP!” We can’t help but hold those words close, because they’re a powerful reminder that can lift us up when we’re feeling down. Thank you, Ester!
